Neuro Linguistic Programming – NLP
NLP is a method of influencing brain behaviour through language and communication to enable a person to alter the way their brain responds to situations and manifest new and better behaviours and responses. It works well alongside hypnotherapy. Through NLP a person can be coached to use techiques which will help them cope and respond in a positive way when faced with certain situations.
