Based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, Bucks Therapy offers hypnotherapy & psychotherapy to clients located in Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Cookham, Bourne End, Marlow and all surrounding areas.

 

Through one, or a combination of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy we can help you overcome addictions, fears and phobias, cope with stress or anxiety, stop smoking, lose weight (virtual gastric banding also available for suitable clients), help you cope with pain or become more motivated at sports, in business or in life. We also offer hypnobirthing sessions and courses.

Debra Aspinall is the senior hypnotherapist and psychotherapist at Bucks Therapy and holds the HPD (Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma), which is considered the gold standard in hypnotherapy qualifications.

While Debra is able to treat a wide range of issues, she specialises in phobias, stress/anxiety, IBS symptom relief, sports performance, stopping smoking, weight loss and addictions.

Debra is a qualified hypnobirthing practitioner, running private a group courses (see the hypnobirthing page on this site for more information).

Debra holds a further diploma in paediatric hypnotherapy to help children (6 to 16) overcome a wide range of issues (see the Children page for more information).
